Our vision is to impact millions of lives, empowering people to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Our company was founded on the belief that if we can fuel mindsets and improve mental wellness, we can optimize individual performance and help organizations boost productivity and retention, as well as strengthen team culture. Founded in 2015, MindVue helps optimize performance and build mental wellness through our learning experience platform (LXP).

Our Story

As a high school teacher, Dr. Brian Davidson wondered why some of his students were so willing to put forth effort and work hard while other kids found it to be such a challenge. He determined it came down to intrinsic motivation and self-discipline. Driven by a deep curiosity, Brian wanted to learn everything he could about these concepts - the constructs and qualities that comprise a person's mindset. How do those skills come about? How can we measure them? How can we cultivate them?

During his rotation at a student counseling center as a graduate student, Dr. Davidson wondered why we wait until students are in a dire situation before we provide help. He realized there had to be a better way; he knew that if we could more effectively measure these skills, intervention and proactive change could occur. He saw an opportunity to develop a solution that could help millions of people.

Dr. Davidson pursued that very opportunity. His journey began with years in academia - leading to a master's degree in counseling psychology and a doctorate in educational leadership and policy studies. After years of research, studying, and evaluating thousands of high-performing people, the study and beliefs around mindset skills evolved, and the initial strands of MindVue began to come together.

With his theory in place, Dr. Davidson and his team spent years developing a scientifically-validated assessment to measure these skills as well as finding ways to foster them. MindVue is the ongoing culmination and application of this work - a comprehensive learning experience platform that optimizes performance and builds mental wellness.
